About the Program

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Banking and Insurance Program is a dynamic associate degree program aimed at training an innovative intermediate workforce capable of analytical thinking, adhering to ethical values, and meeting the current needs of the globally integrated banking, insurance, and finance sectors.

By offering a comprehensive curriculum blended with economics, business administration, law, accounting, and finance disciplines, our program provides students with a strong foundation in fundamental banking and finance subjects. With an educational approach that closely follows national and international developments, focuses on quality, and is based on continuous improvement, our core vision is to be an exemplary and preferred program in its field.

Program Educational Objectives and Mission

The primary mission of our program is to train professionals who can effectively manage financial processes, possess problem-solving skills, have strong communication abilities, and carry a sense of social responsibility. In line with this, our educational objectives are:

  • To equip our students with a strong command of the sector's core operations, legislation, and quality processes,

  • To enable them to integrate information and financial technologies (FinTech) into digital banking applications,

  • To make them competent in customer relationship management, professional ethics, and teamwork,

  • To support their continuous development and career planning with an awareness of lifelong learning.

Applied Education and the 3+1 Model

One of the strongest aspects of our program is the 3+1 Education Model and comprehensive internship opportunities, which ensure students' early integration into the sector. Our students consolidate the theoretical and field-specific applied education they receive at our school for three semesters with workplace training and internship practices spent entirely in sectoral enterprises during their final semester. Thanks to this model, our students gain practical skills by observing business processes directly in the field and acquire substantial sectoral experience before graduation.
